Attention CCHD families! Jacob Landis, from the Jacobs’s Ride Foundation, will be visiting CCHD for a “Meet & Greet “ followed by an Ice Cream Social on Monday July 6,  2015 at  10:00 am.  Jacob rode cross-country to all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums to raise awareness and money for people who need a cochlear implant but cannot afford it.
