Scott Genz is a Senior Service Productivity Manager at GE Healthcare and a dedicated member of the HEAR Wisconsin Board of Directors. He became involved with the organization after his two sons, Alex and Will, were born with profound hearing loss and received life-changing support from the Kellogg Child & Family Birth-to-Three program. Inspired by the team’s expertise and compassion, Scott committed to helping other families navigate similar journeys.

Scott joined the Board in 2020 and was appointed Treasurer in 2025. He brings over 20 years of corporate finance experience, including roles in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and productivity management at GE Healthcare, where he has worked since 2010.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys traveling with his wife, Monica, and their sons, cooking family dinners, and cheering on local sports teams, especially Marquette basketball.
