WHERE WAS MAC…

MAC was invited to the UWM-Milwaukee campus in the middle of February to help support their staff appreciation day at the university.  Audiologist Stacy Ryan and Lori Sommerfeld were on hand to screen professors, teachers, and all staff members who came in or had previously signed up. About 34 people were screened that day and learned about HEAR Wisconsin.

Our MAC team was also joined by a second-year UW–Milwaukee Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) graduate student, who gained valuable hands-on experience assisting with screenings and engaging with the staff members.

By bringing hearing healthcare services directly to the UWM-Milwaukee location, they ensure their staff can stay connected, productive, and cared for every day as they teach and interact with their students and co-workers.
