Hearing screenings

HEAR Wisconsin loves to partner with other non-profit organizations that are trying to improve key indicators of community health and wellness. Hearing health plays a critical role in social, emotional, and mental health and well-being.

  • Free hearing screenings to detect untreated hearing loss, which can affect school and work performance, cause frustration and loneliness, and even lead to depression, isolation, and withdrawal

  • Regardless of a person’s ability to pay, referrals for additional testing and services are made when necessary to ensure comprehensive hearing healthcare is provided

If your organization is hosting a community health or wellness event, consider inviting our team and the Mobile Audiology Clinic to provide free screenings conducted by one of our experienced team members. Results are provided to participants immediately after the screening.

To cover some of the maintenance costs, there is
a travel surcharge. We are happy to cooperate
with you to find partners like the local Lion’s Club organizations to help cover the surcharge and provide this important service.
